Configure your Summary Widget
Login to https://app.appeq.ai/
Go to the Widget Section
Click on the Next Button
Add Items to your summary Widget
Choose from your Business Objects coming from Integrated Apps
For instance, Tickets from Zendesk have Functions to summarize at the Customer Account level
For instance, Customer Invoices from a Google Sheet have Functions to summarize at the Customer Account level
You can set the Label for Items
save your changes
Once the Summary Widget is configured, you will start seeing the summary in the following Apps, basis your configuration.
Summary Widget in your Existing Apps
You can fetch the Summary on click on the Logo in the Feeds view
You can fetch the Customer Summary on top of your Inbox
You can fetch the Summary on top of your Apps like SFDC
