Getting Started with InboxCRM

Welcome to InboxCRM by AppEQ – your powerful workspace to track customer engagement, health, and metrics. Let’s get you logged in and ready to roll in just a few quick steps!

Open the Login Page

Head to the login page to access InboxCRM.

Create Your Account

New here? No problem – sign up in seconds!

  1. Click on Sign Up

  2. Check the box to agree with our Terms & Conditions

  3. Click Sign up with Google

    (Use your work email for best results.)

Authenticate Your Google Account

After selecting your Google account you’ll see a brief message: “One moment please…followed by Authenticating… — this securely links your account to the AppEQ workspace.

Access Your InboxCRM Dashboard

After authentication, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard.

Messages like Loading accounts…simply mean the platform is setting things up — hang tight!

Install the Chrome Extension

To enhance your workflow with InboxCRM across tabs, install the AppEQ InboxCRM Chrome Extension.

  1. On your dashboard, you’ll see a message: Chrome Extension is not installed

  2. Click on Install Extension

  3. You’ll be taken to the Chrome Web Store. Click Add to Chrome

  4. Confirm the installation by selecting add extension

  5. After installing the extension, you might need to pin it to your Chrome toolbar for easy access. Click the puzzle icon in the top-right corner, find "Inbox CRM for Customer Success & QBRs – AppEQ" in the list and then click the pin icon next to it. This will make the extension icon visible on your toolbar

This toolbar will remain visible even when you switch tabs, helping you stay productive.
